In realistic decision problems, related parameters and environmental coefficients are usually imprecise, and decision maker (DM) must simultaneously regulate conflicting goals with the usage of all related resources. This work aims to utilize FAHP and two-phase methodology to solve PM decision problems and to find the fuzzy optimal solution of problems occurring in the real world situations. Using two-phase methodology to endure disadvantage that the optimal solution obtained by minimum operator in phase I maybe not efficient. Then Utilizes FAHP method to make priority of objective which can satisfy some particular demands of DM in phase II.
