As a result, some small schools set up administration together with neighboring schools in order to solve the problem of manpower insufficiency. According to different responsibilities, there are various kinds of adjunct administrators who work in both schools. The adjunct staff who is in charge of Personnel mostly works in remote schools. As the supervising agency has authorized personnel related tasks to schools, in addition, the workload is increasing and service quality standard becomes higher, therefore, the adjunct administrators are under much work pressure. In this research, it discusses the stress which has impact on adjunct Abstract personnel staff in two schools by support system. The survey is conducted by in-depth interview; pick up interviewees through purposive sampling. The interviewees included two scholars, four adjunct personnel staff (attendee) and four people from the education bureau management and principals (mediators, policy maker), ten people in total. Through out interview, writer hopes to be aware of how work pressure influences employees who work as adjunct personnel staff in two schools. Meanwhile, writer also hopes to understand what practical assistance, ideas and changes the support system brings to them. Finally, according to the results, writer finalizes the suggestions for the future research on solving the problem work pressure on adjunct personnel employees in two schools.
