The results show that A company plays a “Keystone” in the “sub-ecosystems” of the construction industry, that both “strategic intent” and “opportunity recognition” will affect keystone’s “transformation strategy”; Company A conducts a strategic transformation mainly by using the mechanism of “double track system for its product line” the main business is to positively look for lands which are potentially developable, or to build a simple house with an elegant decoration for rent, and to actively search for partners to accumulate capital. The research will contribute to companies that are willing to change its business model in the construction industry, with enterprise management suggestions, as decision references.
