碩士 === 東海大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === This study, take company A as an example, is aim to explore how case A company plays a key role in the sub-ecosystems of the construction industry and to conduct an enterprise transformation strategy, from the perspective of business ecosystem. The results show that A company plays a “Keystone” in the “sub-ecosystems” of the construction industry, that both “strategic intent” and “opportunity recognition” will affect keystone’s “transformation strategy”; Company A conducts a strategic transformation mainly by using the mechanism of “double track system for its product line” the main business is to positively look for lands which are potentially developable, or to build a simple house with an elegant decoration for rent, and to actively search for partners to accumulate capital. The research will contribute to companies that are willing to change its business model in the construction industry, with enterprise management suggestions, as decision references.
