Description
Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === In this study, the research sample consists of all the employees of Company A in Taiwan. Total of 108 employees BaZi (八字) were computed to determine the type of Self-element and strength or weakness of the Self-element of each individual employee. Online fortune-telling websites are flooded with claims of providing fortune and enlightenment but little facts to support. One important contribution of this research is to examine some of these claims with analysis of the actual BaZi of these 108 employees in Company A. This research analysis results show that the strength or weakness of the Self-element does determine if the employee is suitable for career positions of supervision or non-supervision. Additionally the strength of the Self-element also indicates if the individual is suitable for sales or after-sales service positions. A strong Self-element is a required criteria for sales and after-sales service personnel. But the BaZi analysis results show that Self-element type does not determine suitable industry type. With the results of this study, employers can use BaZi as a simple supplement reference criteria in recruitment of employees. This can help corporations avoid the costs and time wastage in wrong recruitment decision-making of human resources.
