Description
Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 中國文學系 === 104 === Xia-Yu, one of the famous female poet in Taiwan. Xia- Yu attempted with different genres of creation, also had lots of features in her works. However, most of the researches were basic on the aspects of “Postmodernism”, “Feminism” or “Semiotics” to deconstruct her works. In my opinion, I think the research methods above still can’t make the comprehensive discussion of Xia-Yu. Xia-Yu’s reputation and the symbols of creation, explained through the concepts of “Taste” and “Habitus” of Pierre Bourdieu. The writing style, the symbol of words, and the selection of issue, showed the value of her poetry. In this thesis, I would like to analyze the relationship between “productions”, “readers” and “author”, trying to figure out how Xia-Yu/ Li Gedi deal with the market rules of consumer culture. By discussing different genres of her works, I would like to know how the author deal with the readers, how the author adjust her works like.
