Especially, in a rapidly changing market, the competitive advantage of a firm can come from the past reducing costs and expanding scale changed as “gaining time” to meet market demands. And a project can be divided into various activities and events and which can be concatenated into a plurality of paths and the critical path determines the success of the entire project. Therefore, project scheduling and critical path determining are important issues in project management. Also, dependency structure matrix can be an effective tool for project scheduling. It can not only deal with the activity overlapping but also simulate the message flow between activities. However, in reality, it is full of uncertainty factors and that cause the changes in activity execution time, and also managers distress. This study therefore presents a new method of project scheduling, by combining the intuitionistic fuzzy set with dependency structure matrix, for dealing with the activity difficulties, complexity, and time uncertainty caused by external environment. Also, it further extends the existing critical path determination method and based on the TOPSIS, establishes a new approach, via performing a combining assessment of both the two indicators from intuitionistic fuzzy concept (interval and membership), and comparing the similarities with the ideal target and the negative ideal target respectively. In the present approach, index weights also can be adjusted according to the decision-maker’s preference, to make the results more accurate and realistic. Finally, a real case of project execution is used to verify the feasibility of the proposed method in the study in the real world. CHANG,PING-TENG HUNG,KUO-CHEN 張炳騰 洪國禎 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 79 zh-TW
