Development of the Initial Scale for LOHAS and Sport Leisure Lifestyle - Using Curves Members as Population

碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 休閒與遊憩管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === This study was designed to develop a scale for LOHAS and Sport Leisure Lifestyle .According to lifestyle , LOHAS (LOHAS), health promoting lifestyle , sports, leisure lifestyle , lifestyle of LOHAS, Sports and Leisure is defined as " individual attention to positive thinking in the attitude of self-growth , emphasis on healthy eating and regular exercise culture and leisure preferences on behavior, in concept , to carry out sports and leisure activities, the importance of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle . "Includes four facets : positive thinking importance of self-growth attitude , attention to a healthy diet , regular exercise and leisure culture preferences and behavior , attention to sustainable sports and leisure activities. Scale for questions of 30 questions , content validity after expert review, revise 22 questions .Next, Curves fitness equipment in Taiwan 20 branch members for the study, issued 600 questionnaires, 488 valid questionnaires , the probability assigned to two groups: 243 and 245 . The first group of exploratory factor analysis , to delete a topic title , retained 21 questions . The second group confirmatory factor analysis , deleted after six questions of the model with moderately good ( chi-square / degrees of freedom = 1.608, RMSEA = 0.050, GFI = 0.931, AGFI = 0.904, CFI = 0.975), to give final 15 questions to measure the problem items.However, the measure dimensions " culture of regular exercise and leisure preferences and behavior " section , the average variation value of .49 . Representative of this facet questions of design still room for improvement , or add items related measure problem better . After proven , reliability and validity of the scales , are effective support. The results of this study may be available in addition to the relevant units of the popular movement to promote the reference and measurement tools available , and further study of the future recommendations.
