If parents are well- informed of the condition of students, the good relationship between parents and teachers must be built. As a result, the quality of learning and living at school can be ensured and raised. Communication books are traditionally used for the dialogue between teachers and parents. However, due to the limitation in student’s indolence and nonfulfillment to the book or the deficiency of book space, the information of students at school cannot be totally known by parents. Therefore, this research incorporates cloud computing technology to enable parents to learn more about learning conditions of their children at school by logging on their computers, cellphones, or i-pads; and therefore, it provides a good tacit understanding between teachers and parents. The advance of technology is meant to satisfy the demand of mankind. cloud computing has become a great change from big computers to the client servers in 1980. The users of cloud need not to know about either the details of the infrastructure or the professional knowledge. They can directly operate cloud freely and elastically. For example, we all connect to the outer world by using e-mail , Picasa, Youtube, and even use Facebook to build our social network . In fact, as we knows, the services mentioned above actually meet the increasing demands of people through cloud computing. In terms of this, the technology of cloud computing has been tremendously incorporated into our life. The purpose of this research is to construct the system of award, assentation, quiz , and exam detail records. The learning condition of children would be recorded completely and saved on cloud by teachers. It’s convenient for teachers to manage the learning condition of their students systematically. What’s more, they can also have a check on the daily behaviors of students by means of this management system to set an assessing criteria for the total grades of each semester. And for parents, wherever they are, they can browse the learning situation and behaviors of their children at school through cloud by using anything that can surf the Net such as cellphones, computers, or i-pads, and then strengthen the bond with teachers.
