Descriptive analysis, bi-variate analysis, and generalized estimating equation (GEE) were applied. Results: There were 80 persons who were recruited participated in the two groups, respectively. Then, 74 persons in the experimental group and the 60 persons in the controlled group participated the entire intervention program, and only 51 persons and 42 persons of those two groups finished the data collection. After the intervention, there were significant increase of exercise behavior, but not for smoking, drinking, or health checkups. Besides, being male, younger, and not doing heavy housework were related to smoking; being male was related to drinking; and doing heavy housework and less eating outside were related to more exercise behavior. Discussion: Health promotion intervention could change the public's health behavior, especially for exercise habits.
