The signs have shown that the human must realize the necessity to coexistent with nature peacefully. Signed by the 174 countries in Japan ( Kyoto Protocol), although each country member can not reach an agreement but at least , humans understand this subject of the importance to protect the Earth. Through this case study of company’s development strategy in organic fertilizer, it is from the organic fertilizer raw materials to the whole development system, one by one in detail. The study found that the case of companies to invest in this plant main purpose being based on research and development, and non-profit primary considerations, but was estimated to still profit margins. As for the case, why not expand production quantity , take the leading role of organic fertilizer? Mainly the following concerns: first, the larger organic fertilizer production, pollution (dust and stench) more difficult controlled. Second, a state-owned business background, may be thinked as to compete with the people. Research Recommendations: This study suggests that a joint venture with other industry players to avoid ineffective, R & D section for cooperation with foreign industry to achieve better opportunities, and marketing diversified avoid a single pipeline proposal.
