碩士 === 慈濟大學 === 教育研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the broadcasting experience and reflection of the radio hostess of “Happy Conductor,” Hualien branch station police broadcasting service by collecting and analyzing the response from the guests and audiences. The data is gathered from: 1.Analyzing the guests’ feedback for the program. 2.Inquiring the listening experience of the audiences. 3.Reflecting the making process of the program. The qualitative data of this research included not only the researcher’s personal experience and reflection of making the radio program, but also the feedback of six invited guests, and the listening experience of ten audiences. Throughout the process of literature review and data analy, the results of this study are summarized as following: 1.The invited guests have the chance to give full play to their expertise and fulfill the social responsibility. 2.The audiences build their habit of listening to the program not only to know the traffic, but different information as well. 3.The hostess conveys the educational purpose by constructing knowledge with her unique characteristics. As a conclusion of the study, the audiences give their recognition to the police broadcast for its public services. Furthermore, three more suggestions are made according to this study: 1.for the hostess of this study: add more cultural issues, and have more specialists participate. 2.for the public radio service: improve the equipments of local station for better reception. 3.for the national broadcast policy: assist the police broadcasting service having the unified and fixed channel in all regions.
