Through the research researcher can find out how these care leavers built, developed and maintained their emotional link or so-called “Siblings Relationship” with other clients; moreover, we also can find out how they described this relationship and the influences during and after the placement. This qualitative research targeted nine respondents divided into 4 groups. Through the joint interviews, all of the respondents expressed their interaction with each other during and after the placement based on their subjective perspectives. According to the research result, researcher found out that the clients in the placement institutions built more closely “sibling relationship” and the main factor included their physical proximity, task assignment, personality similarity and reciprocal relationships. Moreover, researcher also found out that the main factors for interaction maintenance included maintaining the trust of connection and relationship and reciprocal patterns among family members. Most clients show positive interaction since they treat other clients as family members; therefore, they prefer assist, cooperate and care about each other instead of quarrel when facing the conflicts. However, the relationship identity may be changed due to different situations. Nevertheless, even the interaction can be the main channel for them to urge and support with others, it also cause invisible stress for the clients to get along with their peers because of the distinctiveness of placement institutions. According the research result, practically, researcher suggested the service provider of placement institutions should provide family activities to facilitate the positive interaction among clients and maintain the relationship between care leavers and clients. Furthermore, to avoid the negative interaction of favoritism and management responsibilities shifting, the placement institutions should also enhance their self-awareness capacity via supervision mechanism. Here are the suggestions for the placement institutions: stipulating the regulations for care leavers who would like to go back and visit the institutions, combining the counseling tracking mechanism to build the cooperation network for care leavers, holding mega events to facilitate clients’ interaction opportunity and considering the school arrangement for each client.
