Abstract
This research aimed at discuss the transfer of sense happiness from the customers opinions in experience of Facebook interaction, environment aesthetic, entity service, and did a deep research by visiting the customers of Sanping Cafe in Chaozhou Town, Pingtung County. This research conducted by using a structured questionnaire, the research subject included entity service experience, environment aesthetic experience, Facebook interaction experience and sense of happiness; the feeling of happiness consists of two projects, degree of satisfaction in life and happiness, and we proposed six assumptions for continuing research and validation according to the research framework. This research concluded that the entity service and the environment all effect the experience of the Facebook interaction according the survey of the structured questionnaire to the customers of Sanping Cafe, and they also effected the transfer of the sense of happiness. With the research findings, it was discovered that the experience of the Facebook interaction effected the sense of happiness significantly; the entity service effected the experience of the Facebook interaction significantly. This will provide references to the business holders who provide service like Sanping Cafe in future business model and the government or relative department to conduct policies.
