As time changes, today’s society has been significantly urbanized and multiply developed in terms of the network technology. Thus, how to enhance the quality of the funeral service, how to solidify the rights of funeral consuming, how to make the best use of the convenience of the network technology—these are made to bring new opportunities for the traditional funeral service, thereby sparkling the bridge between new technology and old culture. The M.A. thesis aims to understand people’s opinions about the funeral service via questionnaire, and to know how the consumers feel after the government starts to use network service, particularly whether the network service enhances consumers’ satisfaction. The study mainly adopts the funeral e-commerce as the sample of the research. Sampling was used in this study; the sample basic information used descriptive statistics frequency distribution table and the analysis of sampling via percentage. The study concludes that the variation of population statistics bears positive impact on the cognitive utility, and that the actual use of the network service bears positive impact on the satisfaction of every circle after use.
