A Study for Satisfaction Towards Island-wide Bike Path Cycling at Liouchiou Township

碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 休閒事業管理研究所 === 104 === This study is designed to explore the current status of satisfaction towards the island-wide bike path cycling at Liouchiou Township, Pingtung County, Taiwan. The study method adopts the questionnaire survey by way of the convenience sampling. The study tool is “Questionnaire of Satisfaction towards Island-wide Bike Path Cycling at Liouchiou Township, Pingtung County, Taiwan”. The data processing is undertaken by such statistical methods as t-test, one way ANOVA, Karl Fischer’s method and posterior comparisons. The study results are described as follows： 1. Among six-dimension factors of cycling satisfaction, the scores rank in order as “entire satisfaction”, “environmental greening and beautification”, “bike path planning”, “public facilities”, “management and promotion service” and “interpretation facilities”. 2. Dimension of bike path planning: The 4th ~ the 5th visiting time number is better than the 1st and above the 5th one. 3. Dimension of public facilities: Junior high school (including below) degree of education is better than university or college and the 4th ~ the 5th visiting time number is better than more than the 5th one. 4. Dimension of environment greening and beautification: No significant difference has been attained on different gender, marital status, age, educational degree, occupation category, area of residence, personal average monthly income, visiting time number and cycling frequency. 5. Dimension of management and promotion service: In respect of educational degree, junior high school (including below) is better than university or college and graduate school (including above); senior high school or vocational high school is superior to university or college and graduate school (including above); in view of occupation category, student is better than military, governmental and teaching personnel and servicing industry; as far as personal average monthly income is concerned, no income is better than NT$40,001~NT$60,000 and more than NT$60,001; below NT$20,000 is better than NT$40,001~NT$60,000 and more than NT$60,001; NT$20,001~NT$40,000 is better than above NT$60,001; concerning the visiting time number, the 2nd ~3th time is superior to more than the 5th time; the 4th~5th time is better than the 1st and above 5th time. 6. Dimension of Interpretation facilities: the male gender is better than the female one; 16~25 age is better than 26~35 age; in regards to educational degree, junior high school (including below) is better than university or college and graduate school (including above); senior high school or vocational high school is superior to university or college and graduate school (including above); regarding occupation category, student is better than military, governmental and teaching personnel and servicing industry; speaking of personal average monthly income, no income is better than NT$40,001~NT$60,000 and more than NT$60,001. 7. Dimension of entire satisfaction: Single marital status is better than married one with children; 16~25 years old is better than 46~55 age; in regards to educational degree, junior high school (including below) is better than university or college and graduate school (including above); referring to personal average monthly income, no income is better than NT$40,001~NT$60,000 and more than NT$60,001; pertaining to the visiting time number, the 2nd ~3th time is superior to over the 5th time; the 4th~5th time is better than the 1st and above 5th time.
