Description
Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 教育領導與評鑑研究所 === 104 === This study aims at understanding whether students’ feelings and parents’ satisfaction of attending after-school care classes have differences upon background variables and the related conditions of three variables. The researchers targeted the Tainan Dream District as research field, sampling 4 elementary schools in random, and the research objects were students of lower grade, intermediate grade, and higher grade and their parents. There are 258 valid samples among the 298 collected samples. In addition, six parents were drawn as samples to prove the insufficient parts of parents’ satisfaction questionnaires with semi-structured interview. The results are as follow: I. There is significant difference of the number of kids in “scholastic factors” after parents letting children attend after-school care service classes, and parents raising one kid is higher than raising two kids. II. There is significant difference of the number of kids in “environmental safety and equipment” after parents choosing after-school care service classes for their children, and parents raising one kid is higher than raising two. III.“Happy mood” of lower grade students attending after-school care service classes is higher than higher grade; “sad mood” of kids ranked as the second child or above is higher than the only child. IV. Factors of students attending after-school care service classes are related to parents’ satisfactions of choosing after-school care service classes for their children. The “academic factors” level of overall student attending factors has the highest relation with “teaching design” level of overall parents’ satisfactions. V. Feelings of students attending after-school care service classes are related to parents’ satisfactions of choosing after-school care service classes for their children. The “annoyance” of overall student attending after-school care service has the highest relation. Based on the above conclusions, the research proposes related suggestions to parents, after-school care operators, teachers and researchers. Keywords: after-school care service class, elementary school students’ feelings, satisfactions in after-school care service class
