碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact factors for the retirement leisure plannings of senior never-married teachers. Eight respondents older than 45 years old with 20 years of working experience were interviewed about their present leisure life-style and the impacts of retirement planning they were doing or had done. There are five aspects influencing attitude toward retirement leisure planning including finance, family, psychology, health and social contacts. In this qualitative research, financial aspect is the most important to the respondents for their leisure planning for retirement. It was found that the senior never-married teachers in this study spent much time taking care their families. And then their leisure plannings were restricted by time and money. The private school teachers were worried about their pension cannot afford, so they were aggressive to obtain part-time job during retirement. On the other hand, the public school teachers thought that their pension were sufficient to maintain their life quality. On health aspect, the respondents tended to follow the diagnostic suggestions. For the social contacts, respondents carefully chose to participate activities through internet. Keywords: retirement planning, never-married teachers, leisure planning.
