At the same time, owing to the economy development and the market diversification, the whole retailer system has been on an evolution trend, for pursuing not only quick and cost-down measures but more efficient and economical logistic standard operation procedures (SOP). The case study discusses a logistic company in Taiwan, working with a chain store over a long period of time. This paper brought the problems that the company faced when the chain stores develop its own distribution centres, and how it transformed through all the changes. By analyzing the advantages and shortcomings, the case study gives some conclusions and provides some suggestions to other related logistic industries. The conclusion devotes that, developing distribution centres restructures the demand and supply chain. The chain store encompasses more advantages than the logistic company including the scale and the role in the retailer markets. However, both companies have cooperated for a long period. Therefore, the logistic company expects the chain stores consider more details; while the logistic company should make full picture before transformation. At the end of the day, win-win is the only way to be outstanding and admired. 林志鴻 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 46 zh-TW |
