Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 104 === An automatic current sharing strategy for parallel-input parallel-output forward-flyback converters with current doubler rectifier is presented in this paper. The primary side of the transformer in each converter module is connected in parallel. The switches of each forward-flyback converter use a common duty cycle control signal to drive. The proposed method can automatically share the load current without any additional circuit and control strategy, and the switches of the converters also can achieve zero-voltage switching. According to the operation of the forward-flyback converter, the detailed analysis and component parameters design are discussed with full load and extremely light load. Finally, two sets of forward-flyback converters with current doubler rectifier for parallel-input parallel-output connected are built. Each of the modular converters had input voltage 100V, output voltage 5V, and output power 200W. The results validated practicability of this automatic current sharing strategy.
