The research conducted a questionnaire survey, the sample was air force military staffs and 189 valid samples were collected. Smart PLS was used as the SEM analysis tool. The research results indicated that: (1) Self-Esteem has a no significant positive relation to the smart phone addiction. (2)Social Network size has a significant positive relation to the smart phone addiction. (3)We make “big-five Personality” as variable number. Belong to the extroverted personality traits users, lower Self-Esteem or social networking applications more positively has a significant positive relation to the smart phone addiction.
