| Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to explore the role of Personality, Job characteristics and career adaptability of Secondary school practice teacher in the area of southern Taiwan. There were 351 formal questionnaires sent and 228 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The effective response rate was 65%.The research tool of this study includes Big Five personality scale, job characteristics scale and career adaptability scale, and SPSS was used for statistical analysis. The results of this study demonstrate as followings: Some job characteristics have medium effect on the personality and career adaptability of practice teacher.
