It's commonly called "denitrifying bacteria" as commercial products. In this study, wastewater from feed additive factories was recycled as photosynthetic bacteria fermentation substrates with low energy consumption without sterilization way to explore the more appropriate culture conditions. Example: "The mixing ratio of photosynthetic bacteria and wastewater, pH value adjustment, carbon additive, the proportion of added salt, and so on." The results showed that the most appropriate waste: photosynthetic bacteria ratio of 5: 1 is best, Adjusted with NaOH to pH 7 is the best, Carbon additive 2% molasses better efficiency on cell growth, the effect of salt addition ratio of 4% is ideal, The above conditions can make the bacteria reached 1.18x109 CFU / ml. Keywords: feed additive, photosynthetic bacteria, nitrification bacteria Chen CJ 陳啟楨 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 36 zh-TW
