Thus, how to meet the game players’ requirement and expectation become vital to the success of the digital game business. As regards, the way to maintain the long-term relationship between the digital game and related customer departs on the custom loyalty management, which has one of the crucial research in digital game design and development. Since the fashion industry requires creativeness of clothing design, styling and associated stage and exhibition design, the 3D simulation technique might be helpful to the customer relation management. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design and propose an overall design strategy of virtual character design based on the fashion trend of cloth and styling in Kaohsiung city. The questionnaire method was employed to validate the relation between the customer relation elements and 3D simulation design elements. Totally, 72 questionnaires were collected, As a result: 1.There is a positive relation between "The Use of 3D Simulation" and “Attitude to Play the Game”. 2.There is a positive relation between “The Use of 3D Simulation" and “Intention to Recommend the Game to New Customer”. 3.There is no significant effect of “Designer Background” on “3D Simulation Acceptance”. 4.There is a significant effect of “Designer Background” on “Willing to Play the Game Continually” and “Willing to Recommend the Game to Others in Public”.
