The study has 194 respondents, they all work in the Judicial Prosecution.The results show clear command and support systems in the workplace, fair reward system help to enhance members '' trust and satisfaction of the supervisor, employees participate in activities at the right time and to express their opinions to the task, to create harmony in the workplace, Safe and comfortable workplace environment conducive to promotion of subjective well-being, and relationship quality does not have a significant effect on subjective well-being. The study also identified different demographics specific differences in the various factors.
