However, subject to the constraint of Prison Organizational Law and Budget Act, the number of jailor does not increase proportionally. This results in the world’s highest percentage of the number of jailor to the number of prisoner, endangering work safety and increasing work pressures, lowering commitment to organization, and raising the conflicts between jailors and prisoners and scares from the staffs. Once lacking appropriate and positive recovery mechanism, it can result in low work satisfactory among the jailors. This research is targeting jailors from Kaohsiung Correction Agency. This research is based on relevant past researches to construct the research theory and structure and design research tools. Through research survey method, the testers are 857 jailors from five correction agencies in Kaohsiung. The purposive sampling method is used. Among the 472 questionnaires, 472 have been received and 22 of them are invalid. For the remaining valid questionnaires, stratified purposive sampling method is selected to select 400 questionnaires. Using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression to examine the predictive power and moderating effect of each variable. The result of this research has shown that:(a) The pressure from internal conflicts, normative and behavioral organizational commitment can have an impact on the satisfactory of supervision work. Three pillars of fear of victimization and recovery from self-relaxation can both have negative moderating effect. (b) The factors impacting work satisfactory itself includes work pressure from internal conflicts and role conflicts, normative and attributive organizational commitments. The unexpected fear of victimization to the prisoners and recovery from positive thinking have negative moderating effects. (c) The factor relating to working partners satisfactory includes only behavioral organizational commitment. The recovery from self-relaxation has negative moderating effect. (d) The factors relating to promotion satisfactory include work pressure from internal conflicts, normative and attributive organizational commitment. The unexpected fear of victimization to unexpected attacks from prisoners and attacks among staffs have positive moderating effects. This research expects to figure out the main factors impacting work satisfactory of jailors from correction agencies and the relationship among each variable. Based on the result of analysis, this research provides suggestions to other domestic correction agencies. 廖冠傑 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 281 zh-TW
