Nowadays, the teaching environment is affected by digital technology. Teacher''s information literacy is one of the factors that determines what kind of teaching methods are adopted to present teaching process by the first line of educational personnel. Due to the rise of community networks, there is a considerable breakthrough in communication and information between people. In the era of information sharing, by way of community service networks, the flow of information is pushed to a maximization. In a rapidly changing society, information can reach farer and wider and put the Internet technology into a far-reaching effect. After receiving new knowledge, whether school faculty and staff can turn what they learn into internal knowledge to improve their teaching ability is critical. In this study, we aim to explore whether teacher''s personal background, information literacy and use of network services has significant impact in enhancing classroom management effectively.
In research method, this study adopts literature review to build our research model and questionnaire survey to collect data for empirical study. After that, it applies SPSS statistical software for validity and reliability analysis, and then examines the relationship between teachers'' personal background variables, information literacy, social networking experience and classroom management by ANOVA and regression analysis. Finally, it summarizes the analysis results. Our major findings are listed as follows:
1.By one-way ANOVA, it is found that the average daily number of Internet social networking frequently used variables are showing phenomenal experience related to the social network. In particular, the level of social support in this community items has significantly positive impact on the two background variables. Moreover, teachers age, highest level of education, the average daily number of Internet access and frequency of use of social networking also have significant correlation with information literacy.
2.By regression analysis, it is found that information ability and information integration information in the construct of information literacy have significant effect on social networking experience. In particular, information ability can be said to be completely significant impact. Moreover, experience with the community in social network motives for classroom management performance has reached the full extent of significant impacts.
