Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 兒童與家庭服務系碩士班 === 104 === This thesis study adopted the method of narrative inquiry, which was based on the weave of two axes of the narration by oneself and others. The author makes in-depth understanding and re-interpretation on the life story of the delinquent juvenile in anticipation for providing the more diversified pictures on the resilience of life for the delinquent juveniles and further infusing the more professional dimensions in helping others for the work of the juvenile probation officers. The author of this thesis was a senior juvenile probation officer with over twenty years experience. She thought by herself that only her own enthusiasm could make her become the so-called professional worker in helping others, but she had been haunted by the hardship of failure in approaching the young people and even a sense of hypocrisy by engaging in the somewhat job of helping others with superficial professionalism. During the process of executing her job, she often felt that she would rather be an ordinary person than being an officer. In fact, the author had suffered from the stigma that father was a killer since her 9 years of age. She was experiencing the grandparenting and the temporary placement in the orphanage. During her grown-up period, she accepted the considerate assistance from the school teachers and friends all the way through till she graduated from the university and successfully passed the national examination. Finally she chose to work for such subjects as the delinquent juveniles. Such an enthusiastic and professional worker as her, who was also considered so by her supervisors and colleagues has been trapped in a dilemma where she could not understand and gain access to the case subjects she served for twenty years. This unknown twist was not untied。Not until did she encountered the rlarrative, she was liberated from the Social oppression and felt free again. She could not only be close to herself but accessible to the case subjects. She started to be another type of juvenile probation officer with understanding and professionalism.
