Knowing how to enhance the efficiency and construct a more systematic innovation management process has become an important survival strategy for business. Systematic thinking has always been a significant concept emphasized by the TRIZ theory and advocated by many scholars. Therefore, introducing TRIZ theory to project development process may obtain a good result. Once engineering parameters in the TRIZ theory are applied to non-technology-oriented field, some parameters should fit for the particular field and make a new definition to perform practically. The study based on the 31 management parameters and 40 Inventive Principles generalize the application to manage project development process. We explore these parameters and inventive principles to be related to the developing phases in product project management by analyzing the contradiction matrix with the help of practical examples. By constructing project management auxiliary tool,it can assist project managers to solve the problem about project management effectively.
