Intelligent sensing and remote monitoring will play important roles in the smart factory of the future. A modern industrial equipment malfunction caused by improper maintenance, overload, abnormal voltage, and insulation deterioration often cause significant damage to the factory and even lead to a factory fire. The obvious signs of equipment malfunction include abnormal voltage, high current, and abnormal temperature. This thesis develops a remote monitoring system with multiple sensors as an intelligent sensing and monitoring system of abnormal voltage, high current and abnormal temperature for industrial equipment. The system will be implemented using digital, analog, and wireless communication technology. ZigBee wireless communication is used to deliver the latest voltage, current, power and temperature data of equipment to the host computer. The graphical monitoring system is established using Visual Basic software to create easy to use man-machine interface. IF the voltage, current, power or temperature value of equipment exceeds the set alarm value, the alarm system will be activated. This thesis aims to achieve an automatic monitoring and meet the trend of "Industry 4.0" which is warning in advance to prevent damage first. CHEN, PO-HUNG 陳柏宏 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 130 zh-TW
