Visual Basic2008 is used for programming the system. Equipment server use MySQL and Excel as data storage. Via winsock function of VB deliver data to client server through TCP/IP. Due to several generate electricity device use different form with database. The system increase the reference function in every equipment server as database application such as MySQL Excel Accsee etc… Based on convenient consideration ,the system apply a function to enter the address of database. Also conform all data to demonstrate at the same time with numbers and meter in monitor server. The meter demonstrate with picturebox. Based on the feature of picturebox ,change meter picture or data unit will be more convenient. Indicator is drawing with Graphic, and control spinning angle with cosine theorem. This thesis completes a design of real-time monitor system transfer data via network.
