| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 104 === The changes in social and economic structures impact on marriage and family in the parent-child relationship. On campus, the needs of using counseling services rapidly increase. With the power and support from Multi-media play-based counseling professional community, the members look forward to enhance the effectiveness of counseling. This study is based on the Five Steps of Qualitative Data Analysis, a model for qualitative analysis, to identify the direction of the community. The results showed as follows: The main reason to set up the community is the leader and the members have common obstacles and focus for counseling. The leader make the best use of internal resources and external resources to make the process interactive. Guidance from experts in the seminars enhance the members’ knowledge and skills. Counseling resources platform and digital knowledge management provide members of the community inter-school sharing. According to findings and conclusions of this study, the researcher recommends that professional development topics could be included in the current education policy or school special courses, integrating into the primary counseling, constructing preventive strategies and establishing an effective counseling system.
