This study was designed to investigate the financial professionals to obtain licenses for itself and the financial impact on the workplace. This study is to explore the impact of financial professionals obtain the relevant personal and financial certificates on the workplace, the use of image, subjective norm, self-efficacy and organizational commitment, and other related research model construct theories, conduct financial professionals use questionnaires to obtain finance license the image and the relationship between subjective norms of self-efficacy, self-efficacy and organizational commitment to financial professionals of relevance, financial professionals and organizations for self-efficacy commitment relevance discussed, and recommendations based on research data for the financial industry and practitioners The reference staff to provide follow-up research reference. The research study was conducted through a questionnaire survey, the results show: the image has a significant impact on self-efficacy, subjective norms have a significant impact on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a significant impact on organizational commitment.
