| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 104 === In recent years, the public service requirement for the government's service increasingly higher and higher. Serving people is the responsibility and obligation of all public servants. Nowadays, high-level police authorities are constantly crying out reforms, is hoping to change, re-shaping the image of the police, and improve the public satisfaction with the police. While traffic cases in which the police service plays a very important part, that police agencies can start with the steadily declining satisfaction of the public against the police and the image of the police toward the traffic-case service.
Through this study, literature review and expert validity, we decid to adopt the "quality of service", "satisfaction" and "trust" dimensions to explore the status of traffic accidents in Taipei City.The study’s subject is people who are involved in the traffic cases. It aims to explore "service quality", "satisfaction" and "trust" between the impact and relevance. This study uses the questionnaire survey. The recovery rate of 510 valid questionnaires is 85% and spss21 statistical regression analysis software is adopted in this study.
The empirical results of this study are as follows. First, the "quality of service" to the "satisfaction" and "trust" presents significant and positive effect. Second, the "satisfaction" to the "trust" presents significant and positive effect. Because the quality of service in Taipei City traffic is also found good, the interviewees of different backgrounds have similar opionions.
