The study population is defined as those new and on-line tour leaders since the year of 2003. The purposes of the study are to investigate the relationships among work values, knowledge sharing and professional identity. The purposive sampling survey method was used, and questionnaires release time was from tenth of July, 2015 to thirty-first of August, 2015. There were 595 copies of questionnaires distributed, and 447 valid questionnaires were obtained. The response rate is 75%. The major study results include : 1. partial attributes of tour leaders have significant effects on work values;2. partial attributes of tour leaders have significant effects on knowledge sharing:3. partial attributes of tour leaders have significant effects on professional identity;4. work values have significant positive effect of knowledge sharing;5. work values have significant positive effect of professional identity;and 6. knowledge sharing have positive significant effect on professional identity.
