This industry have a complete equipment, technology, resources and supply chain. In order to improve the quality of the industry to meet the innovation generation, a need to develop innovative management methods. Architectural Engineering is involving many complex and diverse team from planning and design to construction.
The Architecture industry so far, technology is quite mature, and value engineering has implemented for decades in Taiwan. Value engineering is for functionality, cost and value of brainstorming to explore the way through. Wherein the Earned Value Management of ways to use a map to monitor the implementation of the project. And to explore whether the project needs to be done related adjustments, until the project is completed, enter the stage of completion.
Improvement is long-term business in this Industry. It has clearly defined its methods in Change the design and value engineering. However, there are many companies have not clearly defined its methods in the actual implementation. Currently, value engineering are focused on planning and design stage. The relevant information of promoting the value engineering in Relevant engineering company was very scarce. This study was to explore the future as a reference value of engineering applications.
