Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 104 === Top manager plays an imperative role in ERP project that has been intensive studied and recognized as a critical success factor in project implementation. Many studies have point that top manager support or involvement, the desired ERP can be implemented successfully. However, the limited organizational resources, top manager's knowledge and time are also limited, how to support and participate as a subject worthy of research. In this research, by introducing three ERP project staff in-depth interviews, we found that top manager understand the extent of ERP will affect his support and participation, and thus affect the implement ERP project successes and failures.
