At the same time, global policy is to promote the cultural and creative industries. Recently, the performance of cultural and creative industry is more and more often crossover in technology. When they crossover the problem will surfaced, such as the different industry thought, production process, professional knowledge and barriers of communication. In this industrial environment, this research will discuss under this situation, what happened when the performance of cultural and creative industry crossover in technology.
By using secondary qualitative study and in-depth interviewing, research conclusions were as followings: By crossover they can obtain intellectual capital like patent and copyright authorization. And it’s the important role of informal relationships, it will affect the chance to crossover. For example, if the company or the group already had the crossover experience or both they are partner before, it’s helpful for the crossover relationships. This research finds when the performance of cultural and creative industry crossover in technology, the crossover group is the amoeba organization, according to the objective to find the many kinds of professionals work together. The crossover group will be flexible adjusted. When the crossover group work together, the cooperation function is relying each member’s professional knowledge and skill. The function is a multiplicative production function. Cause this cooperation function is a multiplicative production function, the copyright of the crossover achievement they tendency to share the copyright. And the research is pointing out the key role in the crossover group in multiplicative production function is the “Professional Translator”. The professional translator is not doing the language translation, they have to translate the different professional field’s terminology, the professional translator’s function is to help the crossover group effective collaborate.
