碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 政治研究所 === 104 === A strong consolidation of national defense is the cornerstone of a domestic development, and stability. It is the strong backing of the economic construction, sovereignty. It is the requirements of honor, security, and interests of country. "National Defense Education Law" Article 5, states the education of national defense should be practiced frequently. It is cover school education, government (institutions) in-service education, social education, and protection, advocacy, and education of defense-related cultural relics. The last part is most important because it is footprint of human development, the evidence of history, and the track of civilization. This thesis summarize the storage, presentation, and management of national defense heritages. Furthermore, it is introducing the current practice in the Air Force and the importance, role, and results of these heritages in national defense education. In addition, we conclude the problems and results of construction and execution of the Air Force Air Education Exhibition Hall, as well as black bat Museum. Finally, this thesis provide a path and some tips for design and building a National Military Museum, serving as a reference for protection, advocacy, and education of defense-related cultural relics.
