Provided as a guideline for future management of troops, effectively reduce the incidence of turnover Intention. This study surveyed military junior officer. A total of 299(74.5%) valid sample out of 400 questionnaires was obtained. After statistical analysis, the results of this study :Job satisfaction(Intrinsic job satisfaction & Extrinsic job satisfaction)was significantly negative correlated with burnout(emotion exhaustion, cynicism, reduced professional efficacy);Extrinsic job satisfaction was significantly negative correlated with turnover intention; Emotion exhaustion was significantly positive correlated with turnover intention; Cynicism was significantly positive correlated with turnover intention; Emotional exhaustion and cynicism on relationship Intrinsic job satisfaction and turnover intentions is fully mediated effects; Emotional exhaustion and cynicism on relationship extrinsic job satisfaction and turnover intentions is partially mediated effects. The study found that to be effective in reducing the turnover intention, must be reduced emotional exhaustion and cynicism, if military junior officers produce emotional exhaustion and cynicism, originally intrinsic satisfaction no significant influence turnover intention,will be significant negative effect.
