碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 心理碩士班 === 104 === The present quantitative study was designed to examine the relationship between proactive personality, time management and creativity for voluntary military. The study sample consistied of 229 voluntary military, measured by Proactive Personality Scale (Ting-Ting Zhang, Luo Lu and Mu-Yun Huang, 2011,The Newspaper of Unusual Use (Zhi-jun Xu, Shai-Chi Chen and Fa-zhong Qiu, 2012, and Time Management Scale’ revised by the researcher. The study results were summarized as the followings: 1.different levels of time management was significantly correlated with creative; 2.time management was significantly correlated with fluency; 3.time management was significantly correlated with originality; 4.time management was significantly correlated with creative; 5.time value was significantly correlated with fluency; 6.time efficiency was significantly correlated with originality; 7.time management had moderating effect on the relationship between proactive personality and creativity; 8.time value had moderating effect on the relationship between proactive personality and creativity; 9. time value had moderating effect on the relationship between proactive personality and fluency; 10.time value had moderating effect on the relationship between proactive personality and flexibility. Finally, suggestions based on findings for future study were discussed. Keywords: Voluntary military, proactive personality, time management, creativity.
