碩士 === 東吳大學 === 政治學系 === 104 === The Yingge International Ceramics Festival have achieved a remarkable Outcome since it embarked in 1988. The Yingge Distric attempts to materialize marketing goals of cultivating ceramics culture, enhancing industry development and promoting tourism industries. However, it is impossible to complete ceramics industry which only depends upon local government to improve the local economic development and tourism development. It still takes multiple actors to take part in the policy process. In order to achieve the policy goal of the festival through resources dependence and coordination mechanism. This article did the research of The Yingge International Ceramics Festival’s public-private relationship, it based on Policy Network theories. By literature review, and making in-depth interview to describe the meaning of on the network relation, current situation and dilemma of The Yingge International Ceramics Festival.
