Multi-level capital market system is to satisfy the financing activitie, and set up different levels of market system. First，this Article will introduce multi-level capital market in China, China capital market is divided into Main-Board Market, Second-Board Market, Regional-Capital Market. Second, this Article will introduce multi-level capital market in Taiwan. Because Taiwan multi-level capital market develope earlier than China, so it seems that Taiwan Legislation is a mirror for China. Taiwan capital market is divided into Listed Company Market、General Stock Board、Emerging Stock Board, this Article will also introduce Go Incubation Board in Taiwan. At last, this Article will introduce the supervision of the multi-level capital market where is a place to be the relative responsibilities and obligations, not just to get money. By the Securities Law of China and Securities Exchange Act Of Taiwan, this Article will analyze the supervision of the multi-level capital market in corporate insiders’ share transfering、IPO Market、stock sxchange、information disclosure.
