Since the 1990s, engaged in Strategic Human Resource Management scholars began to promote high performance work systems, which contain a meaning to the interdependence of human resource management practices and policies of the connective tissue system. In this study, Taiwan's information service industries as the research object. Therefore, the purpose of this research as follows: 1. HPWS positively influences to enhance job performance. 2. Knowledge sharing positively influences to enhance job performance. 3. HPWS is positively influences job performance through knowledge sharing.
