Summary: | 碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === This research aims to state the three leading products of fire-safety building materials, based on development and trends of fire-safety building materials. Beside, taking manufacturers and distributors of fire-safety building materials as examples deeply explores the partnerships between manufacturers and distributors. This study is conducted the secondary data collection and in-depth interview. Additionally, it interviews manufacturer of three leading products in fire-safety building materials and two well-established and representative distributors. To find the positive effects in upstream (manufacturers), midstream (distributors) and downstream (users) markets are the main purposes of this research.
The research adoptes the quantitative research method of in-depth interview. Firstly, to analyze secondary date understands the historical background of case companies. Secondly, through in-depth interviews, it compiles actual interview results and literatures. Finally, this research comes to the constructive recommendations and conclusions. The concrete conclusions of this research include:
1. Market status, operational characters, and target markets are the industrial competitive advantages.
2. The ethical and cooperative relations among partners contribute to the mutual benefits.
3. Transparent and reasonable pricing systems are beneficial for reaching mutual benefits.
4. Trust, communication and commitment are helpful for strengthening cooperative partnerships.
5. Feedback is conductive to long-term partnerships.
