Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 105 === The ROC MND takes the concept of “Experientail Marketing” in all-ont defense to let civilians experience the daily life of tfoops in real action. As a reference of future enlisting and all-out defense excuting policy, this research discuss about the relations between the motivations, experiencing values, satisfactions and loyalty to the country of those ROCAF experiencing camp attendants (teenage students). The research set 2017 ROCAF experiencing campattendants as the database. By the retrieving of questionnaires for those attendants, we could compare the effects of those hold in different bases. The amount of those questionnaires is 207, and the reliability 92%. In this study, we could find out that: First, the motivation of joining the experiencing camp has a positive influence to those attendants. Second, the experiencing value has a positive influence to the satisfaction and being loyal to the country for those attendants. Third, the experiencing camp would lead the attendants cecome much willing to advocate the country.
