According to the Institute of Food Industry "2010 Taiwan Food Consumption Survey Statistical Yearbook," show that Taiwan's vegetarian population accounted for 10% (including vegan, vegetarian eggs, milk hormone, a specific time vegetarian), which accounts for about 2% of the population vegan . In this study, conduct research aimed at Taiwan vegetarian. Discussion vegetarians were in leisure activities catering hinder participation, coping strategies, and the results provide food and beverage industry and government reference improvements. This study will interview as data collection mode. By qualitative methods interviews can be learned from its obstruction from multiple family members, staff negligence, of course, after the incident also try to do the maximum remedy. Because this study by looking at respondents transport, regional restrictions, so as to facilitate their loved ones for the study interview, it is suggested in the study of the possible future development, it is possible to find a vegetarian restaurant to study, to make research results more with credibility.
