Hopefully, the research result of the study is beneficial to the instructors and the contestants participating in the training process in the future. The area of the study involved 21 schools, including 129 teachers and 85 students in Taichung-Changhua-Nantou Region. The conclusions of the study were as follows: First of all, the instructors’ personal attribute and training behavior have significant influence on the implementation of training program, training obstruction and the competition benefits; the implementation of training program and training obstruction competition is related on competition benefits. The contestants’ personal attribute, training behavior and the importance and acceptance of implementation of training program have significant influence on the competition benefits. The training process and the importance and acceptance of implementation of training program is realted on the competition benefits. Secondly, training behavior is mainly based on wining the competition to select contestants. The second semester of the second grade is the best start to train contestants. School time is the best practice session. The school burden the training fund, and instructors and contestants are the preferential choice. Finally, the contestants for the importance and acceptance of the implementation of training program , through important - level performance analysis (IPA), questions of priority for improvement are “I will record methods of improvements and matters needing attentions”, “school will provide training funds”. Instructors and contestants perform a differential comparison on the implementation of training program. “Enhancing opportunities for simulated tests” and “exactly filling in the training diary” are the parts of the contestants need to be strengthened.
