The history of Taiwan cosmetic GMP development is not very long, however, the GMP development of food industry and of medicines industry have already run many years. In Taiwan there were serious food security crisis in 2013 and 2014, and this make GMP be take into look. We can take GMP problem of other industry as a lesson to apply on cosmetics GMP. We have take research upon the consumer behavior, and we hope from the point of view of consumer, can summary a status data which can show some direction for cosmetic industry, and also we list some suggestion from this research. As a conclusion, we found that GMP is not the most important issue while consumer buy cosmetic product in current day, because for consumer it is enough guarantee to buy according to brand name.
