碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 企業實務管理數位碩士在職專班 === 104 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the evaluating factors cloud based hospital management information system. Research program is divided into two parts which measured with pretest and formal questionnaire. The main purpose of the pretest is to establish the impact factors expert consensus, as formal questionnaire pairwise comparison matrix. Expert interviews, professionals in the hospital information de-partment or in the medical information industry. The results show that among the proposed three perspectives the most important one is system security perspective, followed by application perspective, and manage-ment perspective. Overall, the obtained results indicate that the 5 most critical factors are data security, backup and disaster recovery mechanism, cloud system stability, the integrity of the software functions, and matching the operational goals of hospital. For practitioners, this study identifies key factors for hospitals to make an adoption deci-sion toward cloud computing technology.
