Developed social workers' professional knowledge are by supervised and education training, and it also has strong relativity with the guides' abilities. Social workers have broken out due to long-term staying in high tensional working environment. In typical, male would suppress emotions when faced the working pressure. hence, male as the director of social worker have feminized and masculine properties. 2. the male natural humanity have extrovert and received high risk properties. The male social work provide aid to female client with professional knowledge which developed by educational training. 3. The masculine physique of male social works are suppressed. Male social works show reasonable and decisive prosperities to prove the masculine physique self. 4. The familiar relativity have strong effect on promotion and retention of male social works. the male will stay in stable work to maintain the familial financial source.
